[Amended] Demolition of Trash Enclosures

[Amended] Demolition of Trash Enclosures

NOTICE
Start Date
Fri Apr 29, 2222 - 12 AM

Dear Valued Residents,

As part of the exterior repairs and reconstruction project, our contractors will be performing demolition of the three existing trash enclosures. Per the construction team, this project has been slightly delayed due to needed equipment repairs. This project will entail loud noise from jackhammers, hammering, and general construction equipment. To prevent damage, residents' vehicles parked adjacent to the trash enclosures are to be moved to the uncovered parking spots prior to the scheduled demolition. It is expected that the roads will not be obstructed. As a precaution, our construction team will assist in directing traffic during the demolition. Please see the construction schedule below.

Trash Enclosures Project Schedule
Trash Enclosure #3 Monday, April 25, 2022, through Tuesday, April 26, 2022
Trash Enclosure #2 Wednesday, April 27, 2022, through Thursday, April 28, 2022
Trash Enclosure #1 Monday, May 2, 2022, through Tuesday, May 3, 2022
