As part of the reconstruction improvements at Welch Road Apartments, we are pleased to announce the completion of The Community Gym. As current residents, your key fobs will grant you 24/7 access to our new gym facility.

The Community Gym is located between buildings 1160 and 1130, right beside the playground in the back of the community. Please exercise caution and ensure that all equipment is put away after use to maintain a safe environment and prevent tripping hazards.

As part of Welch Road Apartments’ reconstruction improvements, we have installed a new parcel locker system called Luxer One. The new parcel lockers are a convenient and free amenity for residents that allows your packages to be delivered straight to a secure locker that you can access 24/7.

We are writing to let you know that as part of the exterior maintenance project, our contractors will be conducting plywood and waterproofing repairs over the storage room in Building 1120. The phased project is expected to begin on Monday, August 14, 2023, with a forecasted completion date of Wednesday, August 16, 2023. Contractors' hours of operation can be found on the "Additional Guidelines" section of this notice. See the scheduled dates for your building below.

We are writing to let you know that as part of the building's exterior repairs and interior reconstruction project, our contractors will need to clean all of the subpanels in the building. Please note that this requires access to your unit to perform the inspection. This work is scheduled Tuesday, August 1, 2023. In an effort to improve the quality of the surface parking streets at Welch Road for vehicles and pedestrians, please be advised that beginning on Friday, July 14, 2023 through Tuesday, July 17, 2023, areas of concrete will be cut in order to facilitate the installation of the ADA walkway. 

The attached is a map that provides a visual representation of the work area.

Please be informed the Leasing Office will be closed on Tuesday, July 4, 2023 in observance of Independence Day. Our office will reopen on Wednesday, July 5, 2023.

The work is expected to take approximately two (2) weeks. Please note that the Pool will still be open during the scheduled repair work.
