We are writing to let you know that our construction team will be painting your entry door to apply the second and final coat of paint. This will require your doors to be at least 90% open during the painting and after the painting has been completed for an additional 4 hours. We anticipate the painting timeline to occur over a two (2) day period, barring any changes or delays which may extend the forecasted schedule below:

As part of Welch Road Apartments' maintenance, fire sprinkler heads in your apartments will be removed and replaced as recommended by the Fire Department. These sprinkler head replacements are mandatory. These will be conducted by Fire Alarm System Services (FASS) and escorted by one of Welch Road Apartments Maintenance Team members and/or our Courtesy Patrol personnel. FASS Technicians will require access to each apartment.

As part of Welch Road Apartments' maintenance, water valves are being replaced on Thursday, May 12, 2022. Water will be shut off from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. We anticipate work to be completed within this timeline, but if there are changes to the schedule, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Your water may be discolored when you first turn it back on. We suggest letting it run until it is clear again.

We are writing to let you know that as part of the exterior repairs and reconstruction project our contractors will require access to your patio and balcony for the metal rail installation. To complete these repairs, we will need 3.5 hours per unit. We anticipate the construction timeline to occur over a three (3) week period, barring any changes or delays which may extend the forecasted schedule below.

As part of the exterior repairs and reconstruction project, our contractors will apply a new coating system on the 2nd floor walkway. This project will affect all of the second floor. The work will start on Monday, April 25, 2022, and will take approximately two (2) weeks to complete.

As part of the Leasing Office development, our service technician and construction team will be accessing Unit 816 to conduct a commercial noise test. The test will focus on testing the noise impact of a commercial office to adjacent units. Please see the project schedule below:

Because these are predetermined dates set by our vendors, we are unable to reschedule appointments for these required maintenance work.
