As part of Welch Road Apartments' construction, the gas will be shut off on Friday, April 8, 2022, to make the final connection for the gas line. The laundry room will be closed between 9:00 am through 11:00 am. The shut off is expected to only affect the laundry facility. We expect that this will be available for use in the afternoon. We anticipate the shut-off to occur within this timeline, but if there are changes to the schedule, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Dear Residents of Building 1150,
As part of Welch Road Apartments' maintenance, water valves are being replaced on Tuesday, April 5, 2022. Water will be shut off from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. We anticipate work to be completed within this timeline, but if there are changes to the schedule, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Your water may be discolored when you first turn it back on. We suggest letting it run until it is clear again.
Dear Valued Residents,
As part of Welch Road Apartments' construction, the connecting interior wall between Unit 816 and the Leasing Office will be upgraded to dampen commercial noise from the Leasing Office. Potential impacts will include medium to low amounts of noise generated by screw-guns, power tools, and general construction related noise. There will also be dust and debris around the exterior of unit 816 and immediate walkway during the project. Please see the construction work schedule below:

We hope this finds you well. We are writing to let you know that our construction team will be painting your entry door to apply the second and final coat of paint. This will require your doors to be at least 90% open during the painting and after the painting has been completed for an additional 4 hours. We anticipate the painting timeline to occur over a two (2) day period, barring any changes or delays which may extend the forecasted schedule below:
