Dear Valued Residents,

 

We hope this finds you well. As we continue the common area updates to our community, we will start rebuilding & repairing the bike storages near Building 1180. The reconstruction project will occur over a phased timeline.

Please find the site map of the first group of bike storage areas highlighted in green. We expect the duration of this work to last approximately six (6) weeks:

Dear Valued Residents,

 

We are writing to let you know as we continue with the exterior repairs and reconstruction project, our contractors will be re-installing the awnings at the 3rd floor of your building. There will be moderate noise associated with installation. The work will not require interior access to your unit or balcony. However, you may see construction workers outside of your unit on ladders. Please make sure to keep your windows and doors closed, locked, and your blinds closed.

Dear Residents of Building 1120, 

 

As part of the exterior repairs and reconstruction project, our contractors will apply a new coating system on the second floor walkway. This project will affect all of the second floor. This work is expected to start on Monday, November 14, 2022, and will take approximately two (2) weeks to complete.

Dear Residents,

 

As part of the exterior repairs and reconstruction project, our contractors will remove and install a new walkway and a new coating system on the 3rd floor south of the staircase walkway. This project will affect all of the third floor. Work is expected to start on Monday, November 7, 2022, and will take approximately eight (8) weeks to complete, barring unforeseen circumstances which may delay and/or extend the project's timeline.

We are writing to let you know that as part of the exterior repairs and reconstruction project, our contractors started exterior work to the building, which includes power washing, preparing, and painting. Completion of the work will take approximately five (5) weeks, with work hours occurring from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. Please note this timeline may be subject to change and/or delays, which may extend the forecasted schedule below.

We are writing to let you know that as part of the building’s exterior repairs and interior reconstruction project, a final electrical inspection will be conducted for the HVAC installation. Please note that this may require access to your unit to perform the inspection. The inspections are scheduled Thursday, October 13, 2022 through Wednesday, October 19, 2022. Please note this timeline may be subject to change and/or delays, which may extend the forecasted schedule below.

In an effort to continue the key structural updates to our community, please be informed if you had a bicycle stored in the recently demolished carports between buildings 1160 and 1130, the bicycles were temporarily relocated and stored in front of the new fitness center.

We are writing to let you know that as part of the exterior repairs and reconstruction project our contractors started exterior work to the building, which includes power washing of the tile roofs for buildings 1180, 1170, 1160 and the pool’s restrooms. This work is scheduled to start Monday, September 12, 2022  and should take approximately seven (7) days to complete. Please note this timeline may be subject to change and/or delays, which may extend the forecasted schedule below.

We are writing to let you know that as part of the exterior repairs and reconstruction project our contractors will require access to your patio and balcony for the metal rail installation. To complete these repairs, we will need 3 ½ hours per group of two (2) homes. We anticipate the construction timeline to occur over a three (3) week period, barring any changes or delays which may extend the forecasted schedule below.
