Completion of the work will need approximately five (5) weeks to complete this process, which will occur between 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. This project will entail very loud noise from jackhammers, and general construction equipment. Work is expected to start on Monday, August 29, 2022 and will take approximately eight (8) weeks to complete, barring unforeseen circumstances which may delay and/or extend the project's timeline.

This will require your doors to be at least 90% open during the painting and after the painting has been completed for an additional 4 hours. We anticipate the painting timeline to occur over a two (2) day period, barring any changes or delays which may extend the forecasted schedule below:

As part of the exterior repairs and reconstruction project, our contractors will be installing new pavers at the common walkway area between buildings 1150 and 1180 to the pool gate/laundry facility. This project will entail loud noise from jackhammers and general construction equipment. The work is expected to take approximately three (3) weeks.
This exterior work will take place from Monday, July 25, 2022 - Friday, August 12, 2022.

As part of the exterior repairs and reconstruction project, our contractors will remove and install a new walkway and a new coating system on the third floor south of the staircase walkway. This project will affect all of the third floor. Work is expected to start on Monday, July 25, 2022, and will take approximately eight (8) weeks to complete, barring unforeseen circumstances which may delay and/or extend the project's timeline.
