We would like to introduce our new courtesy patrol service company, Silicon Valley Security & Patrol Inc. (SVSP). SVSP will be taking over courtesy patrol services starting Monday, November 21, 2022. We value our beautiful community, and look forward to SVSP assisting us and our residents in keeping Welch Road the most pleasant and enjoyable living experience possible.

SVSP's officers are fully trained in the intricacies of apartment living, and with your support, they will work towards a new higher level of courtesy patrol for our community.

Please Note: If you are confronting an EMERGENCY situation, such as burglary, robbery or a medical emergency, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY.

If you believe someone is acting suspicious within the community, please contact SVSP immediately so that they can help resolve the situation. If you need any assistance outside of their office hours, please contact their 24/7 Dispatch number (877) 884-7877. Please remain on the phone until the dispatcher acknowledges your problem and situation.
