As part of the exterior repairs and reconstruction project, our contractors will apply a new coating system on the 2nd floor walkway. This project will affect all of the second floor. The work will start on Monday, March 21, 2022, and will take approximately two (2) weeks to complete.

We hope this finds you well. We are writing to let you know that as part of the exterior repairs and reconstruction project our contractors will be doing stucco demolition around your sliding glass doors for all floors.

This exterior work will take place from Monday, March 14, 2022 - Friday, April 1, 2022.

This process will not require interior access to your unit. However, they will need access to your balcony or patio via ladders.

Dear Residents,

We are starting the reconstruction work of the exterior of the building. Scaffolding will be set up as well as temporary protection to ensure residents' safety. Work also includes repairing the third floor walkways. These projects will entail noise from drilling into exterior walls, walkway demolition of the third floor, sawing, and general construction related noise. There will also be dust, debris and modified access on the third floor area. We continue to apologize for the inconvenience. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any concerns you may have.

In an effort to maintain the pristine conditions of Welch Road Apartments, we will have to do necessary concrete repair work at the pedestrian areas around the community. Please see the repair work schedule below:

Monday, March 14, 2022 through Friday, March 18, 2022, from 8:00 am - 5:30 pm

During the duration of the work, jack hammering, repair and/or replacement of concrete and landscaping will occur. Please note the following:

Dear Residents of Building 1160,

 

As part of Welch Road Apartments' maintenance, the water heater will be replaced on Monday, February 28, 2022. Water will be shut off from 11:00am to 5:00pm. We anticipate work to be completed within this timeline, but if there are changes to the schedule, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Your water may be discolored when you first turn it back on. We suggest letting it run until it is clear again.

As part of the exterior repairs and reconstruction project, our contractors will remove and install a new walkway and a new coating system on the 3rd floor south of the staircase walkway. This project will affect all of the third floor. The work will start on Monday, March 7, 2022, and will take approximately eight (8) weeks to complete.
