As part of the Leasing Office development, our service technician and construction team will be accessing Unit 816 to conduct a commercial noise test. The test will focus on testing the noise impact of a commercial office to adjacent units. Please see the project schedule below:

Thursday, April 21, 2022, 10:00 am to 12:00 pm

Because these are predetermined dates set by our vendors, we are unable to reschedule appointments for these required maintenance work.

Please Note: This inspection will not require vendors to access the interior of your unit and will only be a 30-minute test. The time frame above is a range of when to expect the test to occur. You may hear residual noise in the courtyard from Unit 816 and the Leasing Office.

We will follow the recommendations from the CDC guidelines. When arriving at the property, onsite team members and vendors will:

• Wear face covering in accordance with our Team member face covering policy
• Wear shoe coverings before and after entering into the apartment
• Use hand sanitizer before and after entering into each unit
• Avoid touching their faces
• Avoid close contact with animals in the apartment
