Dear Valued Residents,

As part of Welch Road Apartments' maintenance, fire sprinkler heads in your apartments will be removed and replaced as recommended by the Fire Department. These sprinkler head replacements are mandatory. These will be conducted by Fire Alarm System Services (FASS) and escorted by one of Welch Road Apartments Maintenance Team members and/or our Courtesy Patrol personnel. FASS Technicians will require access to each apartment.

Technicians FASS will be wearing protective equipment to ensure safety. They must be able to access every sprinkler head, including inside closets. Please ensure that the area is clear to allow easy access to the sprinkler heads.

We anticipate work to be completed within this schedule below. If there are changes to the schedule, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Please understand that Welch Road Management cannot reschedule appointments for entry on these dayas. Please make sure your pets are secured during the fire sprinkler head replacement.
