The HVAC installation work is the final phase of construction in your building. For some of you, this work may include the initial unit interior inspection walks, while others may already be scheduled for demolition, installation, inspections, and interior repairs in this upcoming week. The entire process will entail noise, dust, debris, and modified access to areas inside and outside of your unit. We continue to apologize for the inconvenience.

Dear Residents of Building 1180,

 

As part of Welch Road Apartments' maintenance, the backflow will be replaced on Friday, February 11, 2022. Water will be shut off from 9:00am to 5:00pm. We anticipate work to be completed within this timeline, but if there are changes to the schedule, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Your water may be discolored when you first turn it back on. We suggest letting it run until it is clear again.

Dear Resident of Building 1180,

 

We hope this finds you well. We are writing to let you know that as part of the exterior repairs and reconstruction project our contractors will start power washing, prepping, and exterior painting at your building. To complete these repairs, we will need six (6) weeks per building and will be completing this process between 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. We anticipate the construction timeline to occur over a six-week period, barring any changes or delays which may extend the forecasted schedule below.
