Dear Valued Residents,

In an effort to maintain the pristine conditions of Welch Road Apartments, we will have to do necessary concrete repair work at the parcel box near buildings 1180, 1170, and 1150. Please see the demolition work schedule below:

Wednesday, April 6, 2022 through Friday, April 8, 2022, from 8:00 am - 5:30 pm

During the duration of the work, high levels of noise from jack hammering, repair and/or replacement of concrete and landscaping will occur. Please note the following:

• Access to pedestrian walkways may be temporarily blocked off, so please avoid these areas, and find other walking paths.
• Expect some noise and dust associated with this project. We recommend that you close your windows to help muffle the sound.

Our vendor will ensure safety measures and protocols as they conduct their work at the community.
