[Amended] Project Status Update: Building 1160

Dear Residents,

We are continuing the work in your building. The third floor walkway repairs and stucco demolition in the vicinity is in progress. We are currently conducting the windows, sliding doors, and door pan removal and installation for specific units. This project will require interior access to your unit. Work also includes the stucco lath installation to begin re-applying stucco on the exterior of the building. These projects will entail noise from drilling into exterior walls, walkway demolition of the third floor, hammering on the stucco, power tools in the interior of certain units, and general construction related noise. There will also be dust, debris and modified access on the third floor area. We continue to apologize for the inconvenience. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any concerns you may have.
