Dear Residents,

The HVAC installation work begins the final phase of construction in your building. For some of you, this work may include the initial unit interior inspection walks, while others may already be scheduled for demolition, installation, inspections, and interior repairs this upcoming week. The third floor walkways repair is in progress. The second floor walkways repair has begun this week. Work also includes the stucco lath installation to begin re-applying stucco on the exterior of the building. These projects will entail noise from hammering, power tools, and general construction related noise. There will also be dust, debris and modified access on the third floor area, second floor area, balconies, and the interior of your unit. We continue to apologize for the inconvenience.
