Bike Storage Reconstruction
Dear Valued Residents,
We hope this finds you well. As we continue the common area updates to our community, we will start rebuilding & repairing the bike storages near Building 1180. The reconstruction project will occur over a phased timeline.
Please find the site map of the first group of bike storage areas highlighted in green. We expect the duration of this work to last approximately six (6) weeks:

Note: All bikes will need to be removed and cleared out by 7:00am on Monday, November 14, 2022 from the locations shown in Green.
The project schedule is shown below:

Please review the additional guidelines below for your reference:
- Work Hours: The Contractor’s working schedule is from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Mondays through Fridays (excluding major Holidays). Please refrain from the work areas during this time. There will be days that the contractor may not be working on-site to allow applied building products sufficient curing/drying time.
- Noise: There will be very loud noises at times during this work from demolition construction equipment which may include jackhammering and other loud noise. Please keep doors and windows closed to minimize noise.
- Dust: There will be dust resulting from our work in these areas. If your unit is close to this area, please keep your doors & windows closed to minimize dust, debris and noise.
- Contractor Identification: All Contractor field employees will be identified with company safety vests.
- Please do not approach the workers under any circumstances unless it is an emergency. If you have to pass the work area for any reason, please maintain the regulated six (6) feet distance.
- All contractors will be wearing face masks for protection and safety.
- Any contractor who shows symptoms of being sick will not be allowed onsite.
- Notice and Schedule Changes: The posting of this Notice will serve as Notice to Resident. This schedule may be subject to changes or delays due to weather, additional damage uncovered, any delays related to mock-ups, additional inspections and testing, or other unforeseen conditions and/or any other issues outside of the Contractor's control.
- Stay Alert: Please be careful and stay aware of your surroundings when you enter & exit. Walkway access may be rerouted during this period. Please follow the signs accordingly.
