Dear Residents,

 

We hope this finds you well. We are writing to let you know that as part of the exterior repairs and reconstruction project our contractors will be installing a window in your unit. To complete these repairs, we will need approximately four (4) hours access per unit and will be entering the apartments between 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. We anticipate the construction timeline to occur over a two-day period, barring any changes or delays which may extend the forecasted schedule below.

Dear Valued Residents,

 

We hope this finds you well. We are writing to let you know that we have just closed out the green halo diversion program as part of the preparation for our Building Final Inspection. By closing the green halo program, it allowed our contractors to make all necessary corrective measures at all the bathroom fans. Please note that we will require no more than 10 minutes to inspect your unit. The inspection is scheduled for 9:00 am on Tuesday, March 7, 2023.

We hope this finds you well. We are writing to let you know that our construction team will be painting your entry door to apply the second and final coat of paint. This will require your doors to be at least 90% open during the painting and after the painting has been completed for an additional 4 hours. We anticipate the painting timeline to occur over a two (2) day period, barring any changes or delays which may extend the forecasted schedule below:

In order for this to occur, our contractors will need limited access to inspect the restroom fans for a small window time on Thursday, February 16, 2023 between 11am-1pm.

Although the playground is in place, it is not readily available to be used due to the ongoing work at and around the Fitness Center and carports.
