To complete these repairs, we will need approximately four (4) hours access per unit and will be entering the apartments between 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. We anticipate the construction timeline to occur over a two-day period, barring any changes or delays which may extend the forecasted schedule below.

By closing the green halo program, it allowed our contractors to make all necessary corrective measures at all the bathroom fans. Please note that we will require no more than 10 minutes to inspect your unit. The inspection is scheduled for 9:00 am on Tuesday, March 7, 2023.

This will require your doors to be at least 90% open during the painting and after the painting has been completed for an additional 4 hours. In order for this to occur, our contractors will need limited access to inspect the restroom fans for a small window time on Thursday, February 16, 2023 between 11am-1pm.
