Dear Valued Residents,

We hope this finds you well. We are writing to let you know that as part of the building's exterior repairs and interior reconstruction project, our contractors will need to clean all of the subpanels in the building. Please note that this requires access to your unit to perform the inspection. This work is scheduled Tuesday, August 1, 2023. Please note this timeline may be subject to change and/or delays, which may extend the forecasted schedule below.

Please Note: This inspection may require contractors and inspectors to access the interior of your unit. Access to your unit will only be needed for approximately 15 minutes.

Performance of any work or cutting anything open will not occur during this work. The inspector will be checking the sub panel to ensure the breakers are tightened per code and cleaned.
