Dear Residents of Welch Road,

We hope this finds you well. As we continue the common area updates to our community, our contractors will be conducting minor repairs and readjusting some pavers in the pool. The work is expected to take approximately two (2) weeks. Please note that the Pool will still be open during the scheduled repair work.

This repair work will take place from Wednesday, June 7,  2023 – Friday, June 16, 2023. 

Please review the additional guidelines below for your reference:

1. Work Hours: The Contractor’s working schedule is from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Mondays through Fridays (excluding major Holidays). There will be days that the contractor may not be working on-site to allow applied building products sufficient curing/drying time.
2. Noise: There will be minimal noise at times during this work.
3. Contractor Identification: All Contractor field employees will be identified with company safety vests.
   • Please do not approach the workers under any circumstances unless it is an emergency. If you have to pass the work area for any reason, please maintain the regulated six (6) feet distance.
   • All contractors will be wearing face masks for protection and safety.
   • Any contractor who shows symptoms of being sick will not be allowed onsite.
4. Notice and Schedule Changes: The posting of this Notice will serve as Notice to Resident. This schedule may be subject to changes or delays due to weather, additional damage uncovered, any delays related to mock-ups, additional inspections and testing, or other unforeseen conditions and/or any other issues outside of the Contractor's control.
5. Stay Alert: Please be careful and stay aware of your surroundings during this period.
