Building 1120 - Roofing Repairs
Dear Valued Residents,
We are writing to let you know that as part of the exterior maintenance project, our contractors will be conducting plywood and waterproofing repairs in Building 1120. The phased project is expected to begin on Thursday, June 8, 2023, with a forecasted completion date of Tuesday, June 13, 2023. Contractors’ hours of operation can be found on the “Additional Guidelines” section of this notice. See the scheduled dates for your building below.

Please Note: This project will not require contractors to access the interior of your unit. Contractors may be seen outside your windows and the rooftops.
Additional Guidelines are provided to you as reference for this project:
- Work Hours: The contractor’s working schedule is from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Mondays through Friday (excluding major holidays).
- Contractor Identification: All contractor field employees will be identified with company safety vests or attire.
- Please do not approach the workers under any circumstances unless it is an emergency or if you need to move your vehicle from your garage. If you have to pass the work area for any reason, please maintain the regulated six (6) feet distance.
- All contractors will be wearing face masks for protection and safety.
- All contractors will be undergoing daily temperature checks prior to start of work.
- Any contractor who shows symptoms of being sick will not be allowed onsite.
- Noise: There will be minimal noise at times during this work.
- Notice and Schedule Changes: The posting of this Notice will serve as Notice to Resident. This schedule may be subject to changes or delays due to weather, additional damage uncovered, any delays related to mock-ups, additional inspections and testing, or other unforeseen conditions and/or any other issues outside of the Contractor's control.
- Stay Alert: Please be careful and stay aware of your surroundings during this period.
