Dear Valued Residents,

I hope this email finds you well and you had a wonderful weekend. I am reaching out because our contractors are trying to get the Green Building portion of the work finaled in your building. In order for this to occur, our contractors will need limited access to inspect the restroom fans for a small window time on Thursday, February 16, 2023 between 11am-1pm.

Please Note: This inspection requires contractors and inspectors to access the interior of your unit. 

Performance of any work or cutting anything open will not occur during this inspection. The contractor will be conducting minor corrective action, repairs, and localization to the bathrooms. Please note that they will only need to be in the unit for approximately 10 minutes or less.
