Dear Valued Residents,

As part of our ongoing maintenance of Welch Road, our tree management vendor will be trimming several trees throughout the property, including trees at the courtyards.

Please see the tree trimming schedule below:

Monday, January 9, 2023 through Friday, January 13, 2023, from 8:00 am - 2:30 pm

The majority of trimming effords will be the removal of limbs to provide clearance from structures, walkways, vehicles, pedestrians, lights, signs and buildings as directed. We anticipate that this project will be completed during the scheduled period. We will keep you informed of all changes to this schedule or any additional time needed to complete the work.
