Dear Residents,

We are starting the reconstruction work of the exterior of the building. Scaffolding will be set up as well as temporary protection to ensure residents' safety. Stucco demolition will begin next week to remove the stucco around the windows on the exterior of the building. Work also includes repairing the third floor walkways. These projects will entail noise from drilling into exterior walls, walkway demolition of the third floor, hammering on the exterior stucco around your windows, and general construction related noise. There will also be dust, debris, and modified access on the third floor area. Stucco demolition will not require access to your sliding glass doors or balconies this week.
