NOTICE
Start Date
Tue May 24, 2222 - 4 PM

Dear Valued Residents,

As part of the exterior repairs and reconstruction project, our contractors will be performing the underground piping excavation near the trash enclosures and Fitness Center. Loud noise will be associated with this project from jackhammering, grinding, and general construction equipment. Upon the inspection with the City of Palo ALto's fire inspector, construction has been informed to expedite the project to work on all areas simultaneously. Locations include Trash Enclosures #1, #2, #3, and the Fitness Center. During the excavation, there will be limited road access on the scheduled dates. The construction team will assist in directing traffic during this project to ensure vehicles can access their assigned parking spaces and the property. Please see the amended construction schedule below.
