Dear Residents of Building 1130,      

As part of Welch Road Apartments’ maintenance, the water heater is being replaced today, Monday, June 13th, 2022. Water will be shut off from 3:00pm to 6:00pm. We anticipate work to be completed within this timeline, but if there are changes to the schedule, we will notify you as soon as possible. 

Your water may be discolored when you first turn it back on. We suggest letting it run until it is clear again.
