Dear Valued Residents, 

In an effort to maintain the pristine conditions of Welch Road, we will have to do necessary re-staining of the fence around the pool area and the large trellis at the BBQ area.

Please see the repair work schedule below: 

 Monday, August 14, 2023 through Friday, August 25, 2023 from 7:30am to 4:30pm

During the duration of the work, please note the following:  

• Access: to pedestrian walkways may be temporarily blocked off, so please avoid areas, and find other walkway paths.
• Noise: There will be moderate noises at times during this work from construction equipment. Please keep doors and windows closed to minimize noise. 
• Dust: There may be minor dust resulting from construction work. Please keep doors & windows closed to minimize any dust, debris and noise from this work.
• Stay Alert: Please be careful and stay aware of your surroundings when you enter and exit. Access may be rerouted during this period. Please follow the signs accordingly. 
• Notice + Schedule Changes: This schedule may be subject to change or delays due to weather, additional damage uncovered, any delays related to mock-ups, additional inspections and testing, or other unforeseen conditions and/or any other issues outside of the contractor’s control.
