Dear Valued Residents,

As part of Welch Road Apartments’ reconstruction improvements, we have installed a new parcel locker system called Luxer One. The new parcel lockers are a convenient and free amenity for residents that allows your packages to be delivered straight to a secure locker that you can access 24/7. 

As a current resident, your account is set up and ready to go. Please continue to use the same shipping information as you have, but start directing your delivery services to the Luxer One Parcel Lockers located between the Laundry Room and Leasing Office near the front of the Community. 

When a package is delivered to the parcel lockers, residents will receive a one-time use code via email, which will open a randomly assigned locker based on the package size. When residents pick up their package for the first time, you could set up text message notifications for any future packages.
