As part of our ongoing maintenance of Welch Road Apartments, we will be completing Annual Unit Condition Inspections throughout the community. The inspections will be used for forecasting the property’s budget for the next year. Representatives from the maintenance staff will be conducting the inspections for each unit. Your presence is not required for the inspection and all pets must be secured.

The Annual inspections will take place on October 21, 2021 from 9:00am to 4:00pm. During the inspection, the focus will be on viewing the kitchen and bathroom countertops, appliances, and carpet/floor planking in all rooms. Please understand that we cannot schedule appointments for inspections.

Upon entry into each unit we will follow the recommendations from the CDC guidelines. When entering into a unit each onsite team member will:

• Wear face covering in accordance with our Team member face covering policy
• Wear shoe covering before and after entering into the apartment
• Use hand sanitizer before and after entering into each unit
• Avoid touching their faces
• Avoid close contact with animals in the apartment
