Dear Valued Residents,

We hope this finds you well. We are writing to let you know that we have just closed out the green halo diversion program as part of the preparation for our Building Final Inspection. By closing the green halo program, it allowed our contractors to make all necessary corrective measures at all the bathroom fans. Please note that we will require no more than 10 minutes to inspect your unit. The inspection is scheduled for 9:00 am on Tuesday, March 7, 2023. 

Please Note: This inspection requires contractors and inspectors to access the interior of your unit to do a spot check and inspection. This inspection shouldn’t take no more than 10 minutes. 

Performance of any work or cutting anything open will not occur during this inspection. The contractor and inspector will be inspecting the restroom fan.
