Carport Construction
Dear Residents,
As part of the community’s exterior repairs and reconstruction project, our contractors will be constructing a new ADA carport location near building 1180 and the leasing office. This carport will have handicap parking with an EV charge spot. Next to the carport, there will be two (2) uncovered open spots that will hold 1 EV station with 2 ports. This project will entail very loud noise from jackhammers, and general construction equipment. Work is expected to start on Monday, March 27, 2023, and will take approximately four (4) weeks to complete, barring unforeseen circumstances which may delay and/or extend the project’s timeline.
Please see the map below for reference.
