Dear Valued Residents, 

As the Fall season approaches, we would like to provide a reminder of our community guidelines that pertain to the following:

· Pumpkins: Pumpkins can remain outside your front door or on your patio/balcony during the Fall Season. Please dispose of them promptly once they begin to deteriorate to avoid attracting pests.

· Jack-o’-lanterns: Jack-o’-lanterns or pumpkins with any carvings are not permitted outside your residence. Pumpkins decorated with stickers, markers, or paint are allowed.
