Construction Notice: Residents of Building 1180

As part of our remodeling of the former Leasing Office in building #1180, we will be saw cutting the concrete on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 from 8:30am to 4:30pm. During this time, we will be using electric equipment to cut concrete and a vacuum system to capture the dust. We apologize for the inconvenience as this procedure will be very noisy.
- Construction Hours: Our contractor’s working hours are from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Please avoid this area during this time.
- Dust: There may some minor dust resulting from contractor’s work in these areas.
- Noise: There will be loud noises resulting from this work from several sources such Concrete cutters and a vacuum system. Please keep doors and windows closed to minimize noise.
- Contractor Identification: All contractor field employees will be identified with company safety vests.
- Please do not approach the workers under any circumstances unless it is an emergency. If you have to pass the work area for any reason, please maintain the regulated six (6) feet distance.
- All contractors will be wearing face masks for protection and safety.
- Any contractor who shows symptoms of being sick will not be allowed onsite.
- Pets: For the safety of your pets and our workers, please provide a secure location for your pets during construction and refrain from these work areas.
- Stay Alert: Please be careful and stay aware of your surroundings when you enter and exit. Pedestrian automobile accesses may be rerouted during this period. Please follow the signs accordingly.
- Notice and Schedule Changes: The posting of this Notice will serve as Notice to Residents. This schedule may be subject to changes, delays, work modifications and operational adjustments due to implementation of safety protocols (including social distancing, sanitation, and other procedures due to Coronavirus/COVID-19), weather, additional damage uncovered, any delays related to mock-ups, additional inspections and testing, value engineering or repair processes, other unforeseen conditions and/or any other issues outside of the Contractor's control.
