Fire Alarm Inspection
Dear Resident of Welch Road Apartments,
As part of our ongoing maintenance of our community, representatives from the Fire Alarm System Services and Superior Fire Sprinklers will be conducting inspections of all units. The inspections will focus on assessment of all sprinklers in every room, closet, and ceiling/wall panels.
The inspections will take place from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Because these are predetermined dates set by our vendors, we are unable to rewschedule appointments for these required inspections. The schedule for each building is below:

Please Note: This inspection will require vendors to access the interior of your unit. Your presence is not required for the inspection. We request that all pets must be secured on the inspection day.
Access to your unit to complete the inspection will take approximately 1 day. The audio of the alarm system will be tested in the inspected buildings throughout the day. Noise from the alarm tests may be heard from your neighboring buildings.
Upon entry into each unit we will follow the recommendations from the CDC guidelines. When entering units, onsite team members and vendors will:
- Wear face covering in accordance with our Team member face coverign policy
- Wear shoe coverings before and after entering into the apartment
- Use hand sanitizer before and after entering into each unit
- Avoid touching their faces
- Avoid close contact with animals in the apartment
