Dear Residents,

Our leasing office will be closed in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Monday, January 19, 2026. The leasing office will reopen on Tuesday, January 20, at 9:00 a.m.

Please note the following:

• For maintenance emergencies such as water leaks, clogged toilets, or issues with smoke detectors, please contact the on-call maintenance line at 650-497-0101.
• The community’s quiet hours are daily, from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. To report any noise disturbances or property related concerns, please call SR Global Security at 925-440-8020 for immediate assistance.
• Lockouts are not considered an emergency. Should you experience a lockout, please contact a professional locksmith for immediate assistance.
