We are excited to share great news about improvements to our laundry facility at Welch Road Apartments!

Effective Friday, October 1, 2021, after 5:00, our laundry facility will be available to residents without requiring payment to use the equipment. This feature will be a complimentary amenity ready for your use at no cost.

Please note that to launch this improved amenity, the laundry facility will be closed on Thursday, September 30, 2021, from 8:00 am through Friday, October 1, 2021, at 5:00 pm in order for the replacement equipment to be installed.
