Dear Valued Residents,

We hope this finds you well. We are writing to let you know that as part of the building’s exterior repairs and interior reconstruction project, a final electrical inspection will be conducted for the HVAC installation. Please note that this may require access to your unit to perform the inspection. The inspections are scheduled Thursday, October 13, 2022 through Wednesday, October 19, 2022. Please note this timeline may be subject to change and/or delays, which may extend the forecasted schedule below. 

Please Note: This inspection may require contractors and inspectors to access the interior of your unit. Access to your unit to perform the inspection will take approximately 5-10 mins per unit. 

Performance of any work or cutting anything open will not occur during this inspection. The inspector will be checking the sub panel to ensure the breakers are tightened per code.
