Notice of Upcoming Community Projects Spaces 97 through 102: Carport Renovation Completion Date update

Dear Valued Resident,

 

As part of the exterior repairs and reconstruction project, the carport spaces numbered 97 through 102 undergoing renovations will have their completion date pushed to November 16, 2021 from the previously mentioned completion date of November 12, 2021. These carports will not be accessible throughout the duration of this project, with a forecasted timeline of a minimum of 9 days. Ipacted residents will be assigned to alternate parking spaces during this project. Please expect an email for instruction on where you would be parking during this period.

Please review the additional guidelines below for your reference:

  1. Vehicle, Personal Belongings, and Damages: In order for these projects to go smoothly and to avoid workflow interruptions, you must move your vehicle, and all of your belongings from your area prior to Monday, November 9th, 2021. Welch Road Apartments and subcontractors are not responsible for moving items from these areas. Welch Road Apartments and its subcontractors assume no liability or responsibility for damages to items required to be moved to perform the work and other existing conditions.
  2. Construction Hours: Our contractor’s working hours are from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm during Mondays through Fridays (excluding holidays). Please avoid these areas during this time.
  3. Dust: There may some minor dust resulting from contractor’s work in these areas.
  4. Noise: There will be loud noises resulting from this work from several sources such as grading equipment, motorized vehicles / equipment, tools, compressors, etc. Please keep your doors and windows closed to minimize noise.
  5. Contractor Identification: All contractor field employees will be identified with company safety vests.
    • Please do not approach the workers under any circumstances unless it is an emergency. If you have to pass the work area for any reason, please maintain the regulated six (6) feet distance.
    • All contractors will be wearing face masks for protection and safety.
    • Any contractor who shows symptoms of being sick will not be allowed onsite.
  6. Pets: For the safety of your pets and our workers, please provide a secure location for your pets during construction and refrain from these work areas.
  7. Stay Alert: Please be careful and stay aware of your surroundings when you enter and exit. Pedestrian and automobile accesses may be rerouted during this period. Please follow the signs accordingly.
  8. Notice and Schedule Changes: The posting of this Notice will serve as Notice to Residents. This schedule may be subject to changes, delays, work modifications and operational adjustments due to implementation of safety protocols (including social distancing, sanitation, and other procedures due to Coronavirus/COVID-19), weather, additional damage uncovered, any delays related to mock-ups, additional inspections and testing, value engineering or repair processes, other unforeseen conditions and/or any other issues outside of the Contractor's control.
