Notice of Upcoming Concrete Demolition: Outdoor Fireplace Footing

Dear Valued Residents of Welch Road Apartments,
As part of the exterior repairs project, A.C. Enterprises (ACE), will be performing demolition of the existing concrete pad/footing at the outdoor fireplace in the pool. THERE WILL BE INTERMITTENT BUT VERY LOUD NOISE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS WORK. This specific work will begin on Monday, November 22, 2021, and is anticipated to last approximately two (2) days.
Your cooperation with the following will be greatly appreciated:
- Noise: There will be very loud noises at times during this work from construction equipment. Please keep doors and windows closed to minimize noise.
- Work Hours: The Contractor's working hours are from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm during Mondays through Fridays (excluding major Holidays). Please refrain from the work areas during this time. There will be days that we may not be working on-site to allow applied building products sufficient curing/drying time.
- Dust: There may be minor dust resulting from construction work. PLEASE KEEP DOORS AND WINDOWS CLOSED TO MINIMIZE ANY DUST, DEBRIS, AND NOISE FROM THIS WORK.
- Contractor Identification: All Contractor field employees will be identified with company safety vests.
- Please do not approach the workers under any circumstances unless it is an emergency. If you have to pass the work area for any reason, please maintain the regulated six (6) feet distance.
- All contractors will be wearing face masks for protection and safety.
- All contractors will be undergoing daily temperature checks prior to start of work.
- Any contractor who shows symptoms of being sick will not be allowed onsite.
- Stay Alert: Please be careful and stay aware of your surroundings when you enter and exit.
- Notice and Schedule Changes: The posting of this Notice will service as Notice to Resident. This schedule may be subject to changes or delays due to weather, additional damage uncovered, any delays related to mock-ups, additional inspections and testing, or other unforeseen conditions and/or any other issues outside of the Contractor's control.
