Dear Residents,

We will be beginning with substantial alterations to our pool enclosure and restroom beginning on Monday, March 1, 2021, which we anticipate will take approximately 20 weeks to complete. For safety reasons, the pool enclosure will be closed to resident walking traffic during this project. Please follow signage directing traffic around this work area. This update will entail the destruction of current concrete areas, so there will be significant noise and dust during posted work hours. We appreciate your understanding while the renovation is ongoing, and our contractor will make every effort to keep the common spaces clean and minimize disruptions during this time. Please contact us with any concerns during the project and thank you for understanding in advance.

Guidelines for Residents:

1. Construction Hours: Our contractor’s working hours are from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm during Mondays through Fridays (excluding holidays). Please avoid these areas during this time.

2. Dust: There may some minor dust resulting from the contractor’s work in these areas.

3. Contractor Identification: All contractor field employees will be identified with the vendor’s safety vests.

4. Stay Alert: Please be careful and be aware of your surroundings when you enter & exit the community.

5. Notice: Expect additional information regarding your alternate parking assignment.

6. Construction Timeline: The work schedule may be subject to changes, delays, work modifications, and operational adjustments due to implementation of safety protocols (including social distancing, sanitation, and other procedures associated with compliance with COVID-19 guidelines), weather, additional damage(s) uncovered, any delays related to mock-ups, additional inspections and testing, value engineering or repair processes, other unforeseen conditions and/or any other issues outside of the contractor's control.
