We understand that having a home under construction is difficult. Our goal during these challenging times is to make this process as smooth as possible. Therefore, we would like to provide you with an introduction to the Welch Road Apartments Management team members that will assist with all your construction-related concerns.

The Resident Services Administrative Assistant, Tony Nguyen, is always happy to provide our residents with any information related to the ongoing construction here at Welch Road Apartments. He is the acting liaison between residents and the construction team to ensure our residents are fully informed of the construction occuring at the property and their homes.

The Regional Manager, Shashawna Ball, is highly resourceful and has many years of property experience. She will provide any additional clarity for the ongoing construction at Welch Road Apartments.
