Dear Valued Residents,

Please be informed that our contractors  will perform the necessary roof repairs at our community.  The project is expected to begin on Monday, October 20, 2025, with a target completion date on or before Friday, November 21, 2025.  The work timeline will be Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm. There may be days that vendors will not be onsite to allow applied building materials sufficient curing/drying time.

^(*) May be subject to change and or be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances related (but not limited to) inclement weather, material and other issues beyond the contractor’s control.  We will send additional notices accordingly.

Guidelines while work is in progress:

·  Access: Ladders will be used to access the roof areas, so be aware and use caution where the ladders are set up.  Access may be rerouted, so be alert of the surroundings when entering and exiting your building.

·  Privacy:  We suggest keeping your windows, blinds/window treatments closed during the work.

·  Balcony/Patio: Contractors will exercise care around items on the balcony/patio.  We recommend that these items be relocated until the work is complete.

·  Debris: Some debris may be found on the pathways during the work process.  The contractors will clean these areas at the end of day.   

·  Wall Vibrations: There may be vibration related to the equipment used.  We recommend removing fragile items affixed to the wall during the work.

·  Noise: Expect sporadic, elevated noise from the construction work.

·  Children/Pets: Keep children and pets safely secured indoors.
